Here at ReviveMyPhoto, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes the restored photos might not meet your expectations. In such cases, we're happy to offer either a complimentary retouching of your photos or a full refund to ensure you're completely satisfied.
To maintain the quality of our service and ensure fair usage for everyone, we've established clear guidelines for our refund process.
Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Please note that refunds cannot be processed in these cases:
- Photo Upload Guidelines Not Followed: When results don't meet expectations, we first check if the uploaded photos followed our guidelines. This helps us ensure fair treatment for all users.
- Downloaded Content: Once you've downloaded your restored photos, they're considered used. Don't worry - you'll have the chance to preview all images before downloading.
- Time Limit: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase to be considered.

Refund Processing Timeline
We aim to review all refund requests within 1-3 business days. Once approved, you can expect the funds back in your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
